The user only needs to turn on the power supply for the first time, and fully realize the automatic operation in the later use process. When the water temperature reaches the user’s specified temperature, the system automatically starts up and runs when the water temperature is lower than the user’s specified water temperature, so that hot water can be available 24 hours a day without waiting.

2.How deep is the pipes of ground source heat pump buried?
Laying buried pipes generally require a depth of 2 meters, and vertical buried pipes require 100 meters deep or more. As for the tiled area, you need to consult your installation engineer for advice, because the geology of each area is different, and the parameters are different.

3. What’s your after- sales policy?
In 2 years period, we can offer free spare parts to replace damaged parts. Out of 2 years period, we also can offer parts with cost prices.
